Work continues on the new tutorial book, which, if you’re just joining us, is a compilation of all your amazing food requests.

This week, I’ve been working on a fancy niçoise salad made with salmon (I saw this version in Bon Appetit and knew it needed to be miniaturized!).

And, another popular request: Rice Krispies treats. But first, let’s have a flashback, shall we? Here’s a version of Rice Krispies treats that I made years ago, and wow, how my techniques have changed.

Then:

And now:

Of course, I couldn’t resist making a rainbow version, too:

In the upcoming book, I’ll be including a printable and instructions for making the “Rice Puffies” cereal box, and if you happen to have a magnifying glass lying around you’ll be able to read some of the goofy text I snuck in there.

In the meantime, make sure you’re signed up for my mailing list to receive updates as the book progresses (plus a discount when it releases). And if you need to start making tiny food, like, immediately, check out my entire library of tutorial eBooks. Have fun!

P.S. More one project that’ll be in the upcoming book: chicken a la king served on flaky biscuits. Yum!
