Work on the upcoming Italian foods book continues, and yesterday I finished three more dishes: a pizza Margherita, a plate of fettuccine alfredo, and chicken piccata.
The pizza has a bubbly, browned crust, mozzarella, basil, and homemade tomato sauce. (Get the cutting board here.) I’ll also be including instructions for a more Americanized pizza with cheese and pepperoni, along with details on how to make realistic pizza slices.
The fettuccine has a rich sauce and a sprinkling of herbs and fresh parmesan, and it’s served on these pretty blue plates.
And the chicken piccata is made with a luscious sauce studded with plenty of capers.
Don’t forget, if you want to receive an email when the Italian foods book is available (and a discount), be sure to sign up for my mailing list. You’ll also receive a bunch of free tutorials when you sign up!
