This year, I made a few of my Christmas gifts, and, not surprisingly, one of them involves tiny food. My grandma collects interesting fridge magnets, so I created a tiny sugar cookie baking scene magnet, complete with a miniature version of the December issue of Martha Stewart Living.
I used these tiny bowls for the frosting, and you can learn how to make sugar cookies, the icing, and the miniature pastry bag in How to Sculpt Miniature Bakery Treats (or learn how to make these exact Christmas cookies in 12 Days of Christmas Cookies).
Before I show you my other handmade Christmas gift, here are a few pictures of a custom-ordered charm bracelet featuring various miniature pastries (there’s a rainbow cake necklace in the background).
Last but not least, here’s something a little different. For a couple of people on my gift list, I made a set of chakra balancing oils (yes, I’m into hippy-dippy stuff like chakras 😉 ). I found the tiny vials on Amazon, and I filled each one with different essential oils, herbs, and gems/minerals corresponding to the specific chakras. I also wrote a tiny booklet with tips for using the oils, and I included a little packet of sage incense.
P.S. I almost forgot: two more custom orders that will put you in the holiday spirit. 🙂 Here’s a set of snowman cookie jewelry and a pair of Christmas cookie clip-on earrings.

How cute!! I love all of these, but especially the cookie prep board. 🙂 (And hello there, fabric!)

Thanks, Lisa! And yes, that’s totally a swatch from the epic fabric collection you gave me. 😉

I know you said it would last you a long time, but I’m delighted to see that for myself! 🙂
