My dad sent me a cute fairy table kit from Fat Blossom Farm, and I went a teensy bit overboard while putting it together. 😉 The kit comes with little rounds of sustainably harvested wood for the table, chairs and base, plus acorn “bowls” and a bag of seeds and corn kernels to serve in the bowls.
After using a hot glue gun to assemble the wood pieces, I decided that my fairies needed quite a bit more color, so one fabric stash, paper flowers, lots of glitter, and a tiny umbrella later the table was ready for afternoon tea.
I’d almost forgotten how fun it is to do crafts not for work, but purely for enjoyment! This was such a blast to make.
