Yep, you read that right: bears. 🐻‍❄️

Whenever I’m starting a new tutorial book, the first thing I do is drool over Pinterest images to get the wheels turning.

While planning 12 Days of Christmas Sweets, about midway through I realized: all of the projects were bear-based. Whoops. 😂

Quite unintentionally, I’d chosen polar bear cupcakes, cookies, meringue, cake…The list goes on.

Clearly, unless I wanted to make a bear tutorial, I needed to rein it in! Now, instead of 100% bears, my latest tutorial only has 30% bears—but boy are they ever cute!!

I’ve also spiffed up the layout to make it as colorful and festive as humanly (bearingly? 🤔) possible.
