Thanks to The Mouse Market making it on Buzzfeed earlier this week (thanks, Buzzfeed!), the mice and I were slammed with tiny food orders. Now that we’re caught up, it’s time to get back to work on the Japanese food book.
But before I show you pics of that, here are some custom-ordered Italian dishes I just completed: a pan of lasagna and one of baked ziti. Yum! You can learn how to sculpt both of these miniature foods in How to Sculpt Miniature Italian Foods.
Here’s the first of the Japanese foods: a takeout container of sushi and a loaf of milk bread.

The bread looks like you could just tear a piece off and enjoy. I learned something new too. I’d never heard of milk bread before.

Thanks, Diane! And me too–I hadn’t heard of milk bread until I started Googling Japanese food. It looks so delicious…
