Love is in the air this week, and my studio is looking very pink and pastel with all of the Valentine’s Day miniature foods I’ve been sculpting. All of these tiny treats are part of my next Cooking School Series book, and in it I’ll be showing you how to make the following:

  • moist and chewy cookies with pink and red M&M’s
  • a decadent chocolate, heart-shaped cake with pretty pink frosting
  • a dollhouse cake server
  • a bakery box for your cake
  • conversation hearts (and you can use these in all kinds of mini Valentine projects!)
  • white chocolate popcorn with rainbow sprinkles and candy hearts
  • plus one more miniature food that I’m saving for next week 😉
