I’m wrapping up the last of the projects for the upcoming Italian foods tutorial book, and today I have more yummy pictures to show you. In an earlier post, I gave you a peek at the pizza Margherita that will be included in the book, but I wanted to create a project for an Americanized pepperoni pizza as well, because I have a feeling a lot of you would get good use out of it.
So, here we have a cheesy pepperoni pizza with a cut-out slice, and I show you how to make both the whole and the slice in the book.
Next up, a slice of baked ziti with lots of parmesan cheese on top and homemade marinara.
And last but not least, desserts. This week I’ll be finishing the handful of Italian sweets that will be included in the book, and here you can see the panna cotta with milk chocolate sauce and a cannoli. I wanted to demonstrate both chocolate chips and chopped pistachios for the project, so this cannoli got a bit of both. 😉
You can sign up to get an email and a discount once the new Italian foods book is ready by joining my mailing list here. (You’ll also get a bunch of free tutorials when you sign up!)

Yay! 🙂 If there’s anything you need that’s not in my shop/out of stock, let me know and I’ll see if I can get it from my suppliers. I’ll be placing another order before the book is released this month.
