Whew, the mice and I have been sculpting up a tiny storm!

Sometimes the tiny food gods bless me with a project that turns out waaaaay cuter than I’d pictured it in my head (and I was already anticipating it would be adorable!). This was one of those lucky moments.
I cannot get over how much I love these cupcakes. 😍
Make Your Own with New Molds
I’ve updated my previous 1:12 scale cupcake mold. The size is slightly larger, which looks more true-to-scale. And I’ve added a 1:6 scale cupcake mold as well!
I also made a crinkle cookie mold, and it’s soooo darn cute! You could swap the clay color to make strawberry or lemon crinkle cookies, too.
(I have another new mold that I’m especially excited about, which I’ll tell you about at the end…)
New Tutorial in the Works
All of the sweets pictured above are from a new tutorial I’m working on, tentatively titled 12 Days of Christmas Sweets. I’m hoping to have it done within the next couple of weeks. 🤞 Stay tuned!
Once the tutorial is finished and I no longer need the miniatures for the interior + cover photos, I’ll be listing the cupcakes and cookies pictured above in my shop. There will be only one of each set.
In the meantime, I’m keeping them dust-free in a tiny pastry case, which is sitting beside my worktable. Every time I look at it I get this big, cheesing grin. 🤞 Very motivating, let me tell ya!
New Pie Mold
I am super excited about this one! I’ve revamped my 1:12 scale pie mold to give it a delicate fluted crust, and I’ve added a 1:6 scale pie mold as well.
Did you know I literally dream of miniatures? Well, in one of my dreams, I saw a way to create a foil pie pan using the mold. I wasn’t sure it would work in waking life, but…it did! I’ll be showing you how to do it in another upcoming tutorial.
Last but not least, I finally listed the holiday-shaped Rice Krispies treats molds used in the Readers’ Requests tutorial. Apologies for the delay. I actually thought I’d listed them already—whoops. 🫣
