For those of you not on my mailing list, I have a bit of fun news: I’ve just started a brand new tutorial book, and this time, I’ll be making a collection of your requests, and man, oh man, did you ever send in some good ones!
Salads, interestingly enough, topped the list with the most requests, and comfort foods, like old fashioned meatloaf and roast beef, were right up there, too. I received so many requests, in fact, that I’ll likely be dividing everything into two books so you don’t have to wait quite so long for me to finish. 🙂
But before we get to the pictures, one more mini food update: Per request, I’ve bundled my entire Cooking School Series of eBooks into one boxed set, and it’s a whopping 25% off! Download the entire library of eBooks here.
And now…onto the pictures! This is the first project I’ve made for the upcoming book, old fashioned meatloaf, with some buttery mashed potatoes thrown in for good measure.
P.S. Want to start making tiny food right now? Download free tutorials here, and check out my entire library of mini food eBooks here.
P.P.S. If you’re not on the Mouse’s Facebook page, you may have missed these cute photos, so here you go!
The first two are a custom order for a cruller ring and donut earrings–yum…
Ring in Taco Tuesday in style with these earrings and matching ring.
Add a pop of color to your look with fresh strawberry earrings.

I’m crossing my fingers that someone requested a sushi tute for this publication! Can NOT wait.

Better yet, maybe the Mouse Market can publish a ‘Foods from around the World’!! I will think I’ve died and gone to clay-foodie heaven. 😀

Well, it sounds like you just requested it! 😉 It’s been added to my list! And I love your “foods around the world” idea. I actually have pages and pages of notes and sketches from my Mouse journal on just that topic, something I wanted to do last year but other tiny things got in the way. Perhaps it’s time to revive it!

OMG!! *squeaks like a Nutmeg* 😀
I’ve got visions of gyros, tempura, goi con, bibimbap, ratatouille, nigiri and dim sum dancing in my head!!!
(Haggis, anyone?) 😛
You have TOTALLY made my Friday, Mo. You are the best! <3
