I’m not quite ready to kick my tiny breakfast habit, after spending so much time hanging out with little eggs and mini pancakes while working on the How to Sculpt Miniature Breakfast Foods book, so I decided to indulge and make a few food jewelry pieces (and a couple of dollhouse miniature plates, too).
Here’s a little group shot of some of the pieces on my work table.
For dollhouse miniature pieces, I made two waffle plates: one with rainbow fruits and the other with blueberries and whipped cream. The third plate is a serving of buttermilk pancakes topped with butter, syrup, and plenty of chocolate chips. Mmm…
On the food jewelry front, I made two rings: one a sunny side-up egg breakfast and the other a coffee and donut plate.
If you want to learn how to make all of these pieces, be sure to check out the How to Sculpt Miniature Breakfast Foods tutorial book. You can also download a free breakfast bonus tutorial here.

You just get better and better and better!!! Those fruits are amazing and I love the way you’ve scattered them over the waffles and pancakes. And that donut totally looks just-bitten. 🙂
