• The 45-page digital book is full color, and it outlines how to make dollhouse cakes out of polymer clay in both 1/12 and 1/6 scales. I will show you how to create colorful frostings using three different methods, each suited to different mini making projects, and you will also learn how to make the popular fondant-covered cakes with smooth finishes and sculptural details.
• I also will show you how to turn your cakes into charms that can then be used for all of your mini food jewelry projects, from earrings to charm bracelets, and there’s an entire section outlining how to create an assortment of colorful toppings, from lollipops to rainbow confetti, so you can decorate your cakes in style. There are also instructions for creating tiny birthday candles for your cakes!
• Two bonus tutorials are included. The first outlines how to create polymer clay citrus canes, and by changing the color of clay used, you can make lemons, limes, grapefruits or blood oranges. I also show you how to use the canes to create hyper realistic whole fruits. There’s also a bonus brownie tutorial, which expands on the cake making techniques, and I include easy instructions for adapting this method to make pumpkin squares as well.
